  • If you would like to change or reschedule your booking, please send a request to info@swingnsmash.com. This must be done at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be accommodated.

  • If you would like to cancel your booking, please send a cancellation request to info@swingnsmash.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time.

    When requesting a cancellation, please provide the following details: booking date, time, location, bay number, and your full name. Please note that all bookings are final, and we offer a rain check but do not provide refunds.

  • To extend your session, you may reserve the time slot immediately following your current booking, provided it is available and not reserved by others. This will allow you to continue playing without interruption.

  • Our rates are per bay. On the booking page, you’ll find details about the location, maximum number of players per bay, and hand orientation (right-hand or left-hand) for each bay.
